[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Please note that your appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received. For residential bookings, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. This is non-refundable. The balance must be paid 1 month before arrival and will be refunded if at least two weeks’ notice is given, should you decide to cancel.

Non-residential appointments may be reallocated if payment has not been received 7 days before the earliest appointment date.

In the event of cancellation by a client, we will rebook non-residential appointment/s at no extra cost if more than 7 days notice is given. For shorter notice cancellations, there will be an administrative fee of £15 to rebook.

BACS payments are preferred,
